How in demand are Ethereum developers right now?

We see the numerable of Icos are being created these days,so the ethereum developers which are firm in structuring tokens in ethereum would be more in demand.
Commercial business adopters are attempting to design blockchain technology for different reasons.
In future, there will be specifically demand for the smart contract developers that are able to code decentalized applications on ethereum .

The problem is there  are not so many developers, and those who are good are swamped with work. I am telling you this as a representative of company that works on smart contracts
