kHash rate in pools sites?

Hello people! i have got a question for ya

For example a litecoin mine. i am mining around 300 kHash in GUIminer but in site 10 kHash what does it mean ? web site is lying ?

thank you  but what config in pool mining ? S: in GUImienr eveything is working fine

Use extra flags, but generaly leave GUIminner and try CGminer.

Do like they wrote, make OC of GPU for LTC.
I had that same problem at the beggining, now I have 745 khash on 7970.
Dont forget in CMD : setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

If i try to mine another coin apart from LTC i get proper kHash rate in site ^^

GUIMiner might be great for newbies but you have MUCH more control with CGMiner.

I'd take the time to learn to use it. Much more stable and better for your GPU.

I tried CGminer but i failed again :S
