I bumped into this article, actually i saw the post on twitter and decided to follow up and ended up there:

Has anyone heard about this, is it legit... it seems all those on the platform are newbies and I haven't heard anyone withdrawing money from there.
The platform works as steemit, but this is more of social media not content writing.
