RX570 4GB or RX580 4GB?

After the disastrous RX460, I decided to sell it, and increase my budget to buy an RX570 or RX580 in 4GB, I wanted to know which is better, since the difference in price is not much, if there is stock of the RX.

If the price difference is insignificant, go for the 580. Otherwise, the 570 is nearly as good. (Comparing 4GB version to 4GB version.)

Of course, you should also consider other qualities of the specific cards, such as the quality of the cooler, and if the seller specifies the memory manufacturer (Samsung, Hynix, etc.)

I'll go for RX 580, it doesn't actually make a huge difference in a price compared to RX 570, it makes a slight difference in terms of hashrate, not to mention for the possible resale value if you decide to sell them later on, however, it seems prices are still a bit high.
