What is Venture Investment Capital ?
Venture Investment Capital is a democratic, collective and transparent venture investment fund, which is based on blockchain technology.
VI Capital company uses its own currency based on the Ethereum smart-contract platform. This currency is called Venture Investment Coin or VI Coin.
VI Coin is a multi-purpose coin that can be used as an investment and voting tool with rewards payment as well as trading currency.

So how does investment process look like?After all phases are properly completed, the winner receives funding from Venture Investment Capital as a return of company shares. The legal documentation is then processed in the office with all parties present.
How do you pay dividends?
Shareholders have the right to decide whenever they want to receive their dividends in VI Coins, Fiat currency or company service. However, this can vary depending on the legal changes, terms and agreements. Dividends are paid in proportion, of the percentage number of tokens, that each shareholder or investment pool owns.
Who is shareholder?
The shareholders are the collective owners of Venture Investment Capital. Any person that holds VI Coin is considered a shareholder. However, in order to participate during voting and to receive dividends you need to hold at least 1% of the amount of circulating coins.
