As the title says one of my d3 miner show no signs of life both fans work the control board does too as well as the ethernet port but it does not hash i can't find with the IP scanner or bitmain's ip software and of course it does not hash, any ideas? i tried resetting it already (pushing the reset button for 5 seconds) it does nothing.

yes it was 100% working for a few days when i went to check the farm i found it like this
