butterfly labs 5 g/h miners busted already

hi i was wondering if anyone else has come across this problem.bought 2 miners from butterfly labs took freaking ages for them to come,got about 10 days of mining when one of them tripped my circuit board.tried to unplug then plug back in and tripped again.ok one miner down!.2 days later the other one done the same,what are butterfly labs making these things out of,chocolate??.got a new suply but when miner is plugged into usb its saying that its not recognised.ive sent an email to butterfly labs but going by what ive read itll be a cold day in hell before i get a reply from them.wondering if anyone else has come across this problem?
