Best exchange and alitcoin to invest more than 100$ for now?

I would suggest that you look into very low cap coins. I am talking about coins who have market cap of less than 10,000,000. Or even 5,000,000. There are the ones that can give you hige returns and you can make 50 or even 100x of your invested money. Also these coins can tank and your money can go to 0. But with 150USD, I would not mind taking the risk.
