Only Airdrop participants can start a giveaway/contest thread.
These rules have been installed to avoid "newbies" or none airdrops participants to gain trust by giving away some onions.
Each DeepOnion owner should gain trust by being active on every social media and community, not by making him/herself popular with the help of a giveaway thread.
