The signature product offered by Mining Dudes comfortably mines at 2250 h/s with a 1000 watt PSU. The internals of their rigs are composed of the top of the line parts in each respective area. Three Asus Rog 1080Ti GPUs with modified bios have been tuned to consistently pump out optimal hash rates. The open-air frame is built in-house with aluminum railing and an acrylic baseboard to support internals. The operating system of choice is ethOS, which allows for easy configuration and coin change requests. The entire setup process once you receive your miner is less than five minutes.

Please follow the instructions below to setup your new mining rig.
 
STEP 1
Peel back the tape by hand and carefully unpack your mining rig. We suggest keeping all of the packaging supplies inside the box if you would.
STEP 2
Place your mining rig in a cool spot with low moisture and good airflow.
STEP 3
Connect your ethernet cable to the port on the front of the rig.
STEP 4
Plug the power cord into the back of the rig and connect it to an outlet with a surge protector.
STEP 5
Press the power button to turn on your mining rig.
STEP 6
Sit back and watch your miner go to work for you 24/7!

I believe your numbers are slightly off. Please see screenshot below. Keep in mind the difficulty of Z Cash is very high only the past couple days. This miner also mines many other cryptos.

Even if I buy the most expensive +1k 1080tis I would still be way better off than buying this pre-made rig.

Yup time for 200% to 300% margins was gone atleast 6 months ago. 10%-15% is acceptable because you are putting in your time,effort and expertise, but any thing more than that is not a good business practice.

I mean right now on amazon 1080ti cards are going for $945.. and you're limited to 2 per customer

so take away the limit, thats
$3000 for the cards
$200 for psu
$60 for MOBO
$45 for PCI
$40 for Ethos and USB
$40 for processor
and lets say $40 for the frame because those are made of r cubes which i know because i tried to order the material for building something similar, it wasnt cheap, each connector was $2
and free shipping, so UPS would charge close to $40

so that adds up to about $3300
they list them for $3999

I dont see that large of a margin to be honest... and many people dont feel like spending hours getting the materials, programing and putting together.. also since these cards are like sold out and going for so freaking much money this isnt bad.

 Still doesn't add up to 200%+ margin though.

Truth it at this moment no GPU will ROI, will that change? possibly but its not changing the prices thats for damn sure
