How should site owners treat newbies?

Site owners are most important people in the forums.

Newbies are least important. They just steal cheat or show their Sigs.

How should they they be treated?

They should treat us Nicely. Because we are still newbie and still learning about bitcoins as well as reading the threads in the forum to have knowledge about this forum.

Of course they should be treated nicely but it's depend on the situation or how the newbie acts because sometimes newbie account are not really a newbie. if they ask nicely then they should be answered nicely
