What happens to 'stranded' balances?

Hi all -- 

I've been mining on multipool(.us) for a little while on the multiport.  I've accumulated some BTC and BCH, but the amounts are less than the Network fee, so I'm not allowed to transfer them out.  Granted, they're small amounts, but that's still value I could use for other altcoins.  Is there any way (besides mining until I reach the minimum payout) to get those coins off there?   I've tried emailing them, with no response..
