Hi , anyone can let me know the top safe way to buy / sell cryptocurrency using bank transfer or cr. card, instead of buying first BTC and then using it to get alt-coins,
I have tried KARKEN, COINBAS, but actually they are not working in UAE, so what is the other option to directly buy alt-coins without using BTC in between.


and the same when I need to cash-out directly from alt-coins to USD

The problem is you're limited by the country you're in as to what easy options you've got re cash/internet money transfers.   In most places BTC is the entry point, and once you have that, you can trade anywhere in the world with nearly no friction.

this is what i am doing, but i am looking for another way to sell / buy directly using FIAT, and other than through Localbitcoin as well, so is there any other way ??

Unfortunately, there aren’t any ways to buy altcoins directly with fiat at this moment. There are some sellers in marketplace who can sell directly to you but the transaction fees is high for credit card/PayPal. If you intend to use bank transfer, unless you buy big amount, otherwise the bank remittance fees will be high and doesn’t make sense.

Use it only when you are sure that exchange is legit 100%. If you have a little doubt better find the legit one! It's better to lose some % of your money to pay fees making legit multitransfer rather than lose everything you have.

You might want to look at Hitbtc, it is accepting fiat deposit in USD and EUR. However you must submit verification documents. There are fees for deposit and withdrawal of fiat. I feel that the processing time is too long, 14 to 20 working days for deposit and withdraw. But it might be useful for you.

Actually your problem is how to buy altcoin without changing or buying  bitcoin  coming from your fiat money.as far as i know that you must go in HITBC,but its so hazzle in part of you,many documents they need to confirm .but if you want a safest way if you value your  money it is better to undergo or pass through in bitcoin before you trade  or buying many altcoin .
