What do you think exchanges in long run, exchanges are the weakest point of bitcoin as most of them are centralized. Do you have any other ideas or plans?

Use a decentralised exchange Tongue

Take a look at WAVES for an example, they have a DEX in their wallet interface

I have not heard of any recent closure of exchanges. The most popular exchanges are making$000's daily so I do not think they will be closing soon. There are niche exchanges eg etherdelta that list most ether tokens that the larger more established exchanges do not. There will always be a place for exchanges.

Look for alternatives to plain buying and selling bitcoins. Or, as I like to put it, let someone else worry about how to liquidate bitcoins and you just find ways to use bitcoin at venues where you would normally use a credit card or Paypal. (My number one purchase with bitcoin is electronic gift cards.)

Decentralized exchanges would be a hit in the future, although the viability of them today is not being seen by most users since they are accustomed to the traditional exchanges that operate. It would be promising once decentralized exchanges rise since it means users wouldn't need to submit personal data just to be registered on their system and start to trade; they just send their money, receive the goods and voila! Trade is done. If established exchanges create a separate exchange just for these type of transactions, I think it would be a hit although the chances of it happening is very unlikely since most exchanges are registered and doesn't want to mess with the government because of the fear of getting their operations halted.

Where did you read that exchangers are closing? Not correct information and hardlt imagine if anyone reads it somewhere and then believe it.
Do you know what does "exchange" means? If there is no exchange, bitcoin will be useful. For example I sell service and get bitcoins. Where to use this bitcoins? It's like to print new currency paper, impossible to exchange and use.

No,bitcoin exchanges aren't closing.Yes some did in china but globally we haven't seen big bitcoin exchanges closed yet.Though surprising i want centralized exchanges to be closed as they require KYC which defeats the purpose of bitcoin(anonymity) and once they do close we will see many decentralized bitcoin exchanges and that will be the time for bitcoin price to hit moon for real. First of all there's no way exchanges around the world would all shut down. A government of a country can ban trading but there are so many countries and cultures that oppose each other that in some cases if a country would ban BTC another would accept it just to show their nemesis the finger.
Now if for some insane reason it happened and all exchanges closed down it would only be BTC-fiat exchanges. You'd still be able to trade BTC for altcoins simply because the government can influence the currency trade, but they can't do anything about the trade of tokens.

You have some options out there if you don't trust the "normal" exchanges currently available. You can opt for peer to peer exchanges, like localbitoins, or you can go even further and use a decentralized exchange. Peer to peer exchanges have the advantage of being quite easy to use, and you normally just need to register on a website. On a decentralized exchange, that operates on blockchain you will need to download and install some kind of application, and normally they are not as easy to use as the typical exchange like coinbase.

I do like the idea of decentralized exchanges. They can't really be hacked, and the users is always in control of his own money. As the confidence in the blockchain grows, and it's applications, I think that we will see more and more decentralized exchanges being used.

Exchanges will slowly be swallowed by the existing establishment. The need for interaction with fiat will never go away. There'll be vast money to be made. Customers will demand better standards and competence than they are provided with at present.

At the same time decentralised options will improve, but I think at heart the average person doesn't have the gumption or balls to take ownership of their own finances. They'll remain niche.

The only exchanges that have been dissapearing in the last months or weeks are just those from China, i have not seen any missing exchange here in my country, or in the most important countries like US or Russia, or any other country from Europe.
But if one day localbitcoins dissapears, i would just kill myself, because that is the only way that i can sell my bitcoins for local money, lol. But it is not probably going to happen, localbitcoins is supporting more than 180 countries all over the world.

Only a few exchanges from Japan and China have been closed, and that is because there have been some restrictions in those countries. When the United States said that they were not going to allow bitcoin operations, a lot of exchanges stopped allowing Us people to use their exchanges, it doesnt mean that those exchanges were closed. So there is nothing to worry about, this is an incredible way to create a new fud in the forum...
And without exchanges, there is still a lot of ways to convert your bitcoins, you only need some imagination.
