Bought this with the intention of making a newbie site...but time constraints have left me hard pressed to do anything with it.

If the site domain is worth buying, than $30.00 is a bargain my friend, but I will consider
all reasonable requests...when I posted BTC was at 1 btc : 100 usd...thus .25 was $25.00.

Asking approximately double what I paid is my reward for having bought it first...if you buy it
and make it awesome, the value will increase exponentially and the price you pay today will
be negligible.

Look at Godaddy and what people want for some of those domains...I thought I was being
perfectly reasonable by comparison, especially if the site name appeals to you.

See that is your problem, you don't get a reward for buying a domain no one really wants. I give you $10 in BTC. That is all it is worth, maybe even less I am being nice.
