Paper wallet - problem, need help

Ok so I had loaded a paper wallet with some coins now I would like to transfer them to another account... but I don't know how.

How do I sent up a transaction FROM my paper wallet TO another account?

Do I use my public key as a login and private key as a pass on a blockchain ??

I know I probably should have thought about this before loading the paper wallet!

If using a QT client, click on 'help'-'debug window'-then the 'console tab'.
Type in 'importprivkey' <with your private key after>

If you are using an online wallet, there should be an option to 'import', just type in your private key and click import.


DO NOT CONTINUE TO TYPE YOUR PRIVATE KEY INTO PASSWORD OR USERNAME BOXES!!!
