There is no news about that yet. I don't think any exchange will make an announcement about it until the code is public. If there is no replay protection, I don't think any exchanges will add it -- it just wouldn't be safe regarding exchanges' custodial obligations.

The developers mentioned that they expect the coin to be added to exchanges in early November. It sounds to me like we can expect them to add replay protection, but that the code won't be released until near the launch date.

Regarding the November Segwit2x fork, Coinbase and Bitfinex will support both chains. Bitflyer has signed onto the NYA. I don't think other exchanges have said anything yet.

So far exchanges are quiet over it, but for wallets , coinbase came out and announced their support, I will update you once I get any info

exchanges usually announce their support very late. as late as they can. it is not easy to decide whether to add a forked coin or not. there are a lot of things to consider. and for BTG fork there is nearly 15 more days left and it may not even have replay protection! or even enough volume for exchanges to bother adding it.
for SegWit2x fork there is nearly 40 days left (more than a month) and it is too soon to say anything.

with that said Coinbase and Bitfinex have already released their stance about 2x fork though. you can find it on their respective blogs.
