Bitfinex - Withdrawal HOLD Vs Hacker

Hi,

If we change password on Bitfinex , it Hold your withdrawal for 5 days, this mean if I keep changing my password every 5th day my withdrawal will be keep holding.

The question are 

if my withdrawal is hold do hacker has any chance to hack my coins ?
is it 100% safe when withdrawal is HOLD?

Yes, withdrawals can't be processed, if you change/reset your password except Bitfinex itself is hacked. If one has access to your account and wants to change email or password, you will get an email notification and are able to lock your account.
So, your account should be safe against hackers.

As Zocadas stated, no withdrawals can be processed during the time of withdrawal hold. Hold for 5 days purpose is really for security, if ever the hacker was the one who changed it, he couldn't steal the coins instantly and the owner have a chance to stop it. Only problem is when the hacker also has an access to the owner's email account, as he could confirm the pass change and withdrawal after the hold.
