Dear Cardstack community, we’re pleased to announce that the KYC/AML process for the Crowd Fundraiser (Batch C) of the Token Generation Event will open tomorrow, May 10, 2018 at 17:00 CEST (Zurich), 23:00 SGT (Singapore), 11:00 EDT (New York City).

This process will be open to members of our community who have signed up on our email list, or our Whitelist Pre-Signup, on or before May 8, 2018.

We anticipate very high demand, so you may experience some congestion during peak times. If you encounter issues, please be patient and try again a little later.

We will follow up shortly with the date of the Token Generation Event opening. Thank you for your continued support.

Our dashboard app for KYC/Whitelisting is now live. Users may now begin to submit KYC applications through https://cardstack.com/. We have noticed that the automated system by our third-party compliance provider, IdentityMind Global, is having intermittent issues under load. If you experience an error submitting your KYC application, please be patient and try again later. All eligible participants will be able to get in, so don’t worry. You have until May 20, which should give everyone enough time.
