Hi

We run a website and have recently started excepting bitcoin,  we've been very surprised at how many sales we've had over the first month of offering this.  Bitcoin is something I've been aware of for sometime but tbh it's popularity has now got my interest Smiley

We have setup our checkout to use Bit Pay,  what bitcoin payment systems have people used and do people have any preference?  I'd like to roll this out on a number of ecom sites so looking for feedback from the user & web dev perspective.

I'd like to post the URL of our site but I don't want my post flagged as spam as that's not what I'm trying to do, am I allowed to do this?

Could one of the board mods / owners get in touch via my email or pm please as I'd like to discuss advertising on your site.

Thanks

Ash

If you want to take dollars use Bitpay. If you want bitcoins use Inputs.

If it's your own URL there shouldn't be any problems. Ads are in the caution section and auctioned bid weekly.

Hello,

You can always post a link of your site, and if you want to pay for advertising, you can check:

Yes we use bitpay,  as it happens we've had a odd problem this morning with it.  BitPay have been using cloud flair since having issues with a DDOS, when our server tried to submit a payment to their site it was being asked for a image capture (from cloudflair),  as this was being submitted using PHP the page was just returning an error.  We've emailed BitPay to make them aware of the problem and it now seems to have fixied itself anyway so would be interested to know if anyone else has had problems like that?

Our webiste is http://www.somethinggeeky.com and we except BTCitcoin

We sell geeky t-shirts, hoodies, mugs and a few other things and ship worldwide, we also have a small range of Bitcoin T-shirts which can be found here http://somethinggeeky.com/search.php?query=bitcoin  If anyone has any requests/ideas for new bitcoin designs let me know and we can get one of our designers on the case and we may even send you a free one Smiley

Also this week we have a special offer where you can get a number of free t-shirts and hoodies with each order,  check out our site for more details.

Any thanks for the link to the advertising thread,  I did look but could find one.

Cheers

Ash

We use Bitpay. It's a little slow paying out if you don't bank in the US (we are with Barclays in the UK) - but otherwise it's great.
