Recently we had quite a lot of questions on how the platform operates, how to fill in certain fields, set up parameters, etc.

We decided to make the Quick start guide:

Step 1. Create your custom algorithm

• Login to https://bipoon.com:11525/
• Select “Create an Algo” and press “Enter”. Type your algorithm’s name and press “Enter”
• Select “Trade Symbol” (on Kraken or Bitmex) and “Base algorithm” (only NeuralNet atm)
• “Start learning” process (select an item and press “Enter”) which takes 2 minutes approx.

Step 2. Set up a bot

• Go to “Create a bot” in the main menu and press “Enter”. Type your bot’s name
• Select “Trade Symbol” you want your bot to trade and “Algorithm” which generates signals for the bot. “Selected" should appear next to the selected trade symbol and the algorithm
• Go to “Open position” and select “open type” (buy&sell, buy/sell only), size to trade (for Kraken, input value in coins; for Bitmex - in contracts), order type (market or limit) and trading mode (demo or live)

Your algorithm and bot are now up and running!


Useful tips:
- go to “Dashboard” to see current signal and bot’s open position. When the first signal is generated, your bot will make a trade automatically
- create a bunch of “algorithm-bot” sets (say, 5-7) and track their performance in Bot or Algorithm settings menu
- each algorithm gets its own parameters via a learning process. You can assess its performance on historical chart. If you don’t like it, them re-train your algorithm. You can do it as many times as you want to get appropriate results
- set up risk-management parameters (target profit and loss) for each bot. When hit, bot stops trading.

Update:

We've significantly revised Bipoon platform and shifted towards the initial view which was implemented in 2018. Now we'll provide you with one trading BTC/USD signal and a few useful trading features via our Telegram Bot (@BipoonBot).

How to start?
Add @BipoonBot (https://t.me/BipoonBot) and type "/start" to run the bot:

- you’ll see “current signal” and “my position” button
- when hitting on “my position” “buy 1”/“sell 1” buttons will appear
- max trading signal size is 6 (6 BTC)
- “buy 1” means you open a position on 1 BTC out of 6 (16.67%)

F.ex., if you want to buy 2 BTC you just hit twice on “buy 1”

PL - profit/loss in current trade
PnL - cumulative PnL starting from 01/06/2020


Upcoming improvements:
Live-trading mode directly from Telegram bot. You can hook up your exchange account via api keys and execute a trade by hitting one button.
