Has anyone else been having problems retrieving their bitcoin from the now closed "bitfloor.com" exchange? I joined and bought bitcoin on their site JUST before they closed, so I didn't have enough time to get my coin into my private wallet... In April they enabled the site again and I did a test transfer of .01, but it's been stuck in the "pending" state since April 30th. Weekly e-mails to
support@bitfloor.com are met with complete silence, and the transaction is NOT showing up anywhere on the block trackers/explorers... Does anyone know how to get better support or know how to file a claim with some other bitcoin authority that can help me reclaim my bitcoin from them?!
