New job idea?

So i had this idea that we had everything we needed the whole time. I imagined a different type of working world.
A world where we could find work for our community and friends online and here it is..
Post a job pay with bitcoin! Bitcoin addresses are created for deposits of people looking for multimedia designers and
programmers. If your looking for a worker you will have to fill out a work order form. In the order form you will
have to select the profession your loking for, describe the job you need done and when you need it done by and the
amount of bitcoin you will pay. after you submit your work order you will receive an email that wil require validating
AFTER you deposit the set amount of pay into your bitcoin desposit address provided under your work order. After
validating your job will be posted. You will be able to require uploads for your job posting such as .jpg .gif .mp4

Workers will be able to select your posted job and accept it if they have 0.05btc in there account to secure there
interest in your work order. workers will be able to make these interest fees by helping validate work done by workers
they will receive a small payout of 0.00005 for validating other work orders requiring 1000 validations to be able to
secure a job this way or you can deposit bitcoin into your address if you wana secure work orders that way.

After a worker has selected the job they will be able to start working immediately. After completing what they think
needed to be done they can upload or link to the work in progress on this site under my jobs files.
after the file is uploaded if will require validation to make sure its an honest work attempt after receiving 90%
valid work vouchers from other works the file will be marked for review by the job poster. The poster will
recieve an email notification to review the material. when the job poster logins and checks under my jobs - posting -
review they will view the document on our server and be able to comment request changes and approve or reject
the design the hirer wont be able to reject initially til the 2nd review and after requesting changes. after a
second upload and review by the workers you will be able to reject again or accept if you accept you will be able
to download your order and it will release your bitcoin to the worker if you reject you will be able to tell us why
and request a new worker or a 0.01 refund
