I'm fairly new to all of this and am trying to get more Mhash/s out of my NVIDIA GPU so i downloaded the first two zip folders from this link
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2444
But that's all I've done. I'm also using guiminer primarily so i tried to start a new cuda miner and pointed it at the rpcminer-cuda.exe file but it gave an error so i figure there must be something more i have to do with the zip files I downloaded. Something was mentioned about cmake files and compiling? Can anyone help me with doing that?
I'm on windows 7 64bit with a NVIDIA GEFORCE GT 650M gpu, more information can be provided if necessary. Thanks!

How are you planning on mining? With a pool? in that case you'll be better off with say CGMiner or BFGMiner.

That said... you probably won't get much more MHash out of that card, regardless of your miner. The hardware comparison guide reckons that you'll get 27 MHash/sec even if you overclocked it; not really worth it at today's difficulty (and certainly not for the future!)
