Are you keeping the prices the same of will you adjust them at all due to the dramatic increase in BTC / USD value?

Updated the OP to reflect this explanation of the set described below. Will post the same on my website in the near future.

NOTICE REGARDING UNFUNDED "FUNDED" KAM SET #17

This set listed here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2258677.msg22877122#msg22877122

Was purchased in the early summer of 2017 by a customer.

The customer requested the entire set of coins be fully funded by them, with 1 BTC each.

They asked if they could have the coins funded after they were received in person given the high value of Bitcoin currently. After some thought and consideration I made an exception for this user as they were a repeat customer of mine and I had no reason to think they wouldn’t do what they said they would.

After some time this customer asked me to delay their package stating they were going on vacation for several weeks and would contact me when they returned.

Once they returned and requested shipment they requested their set to be shipped with COAs in a separate package to the set. I obliged and shipped their set.

At no point did this customer indicate that they did not want to fund the coins.

- - From the time they got the package until they sold the coins was likely a short time frame as the package shipped out in late August.

Given it was an international shipment, the package could take 2-5 weeks depending upon transit etc.

Then fast forward to last week (October 10th). I got a few messages about a unfunded “funded” set of my KAM coins. To my surprise I had not heard back yet from this customer and found that the set was being auctioned off on the bitcointalk.org forum. It was surprising how quick this set was resold before I could confront the original buyer about funding them.

It was my mistake in trusting this customer to do what they said they would in funding the coins as they initially requested.

All of the messages with this customer have been documented and indicate clearly that this set was supposed to be fully funded by them and given my willingness to work with them to attempt to avoid risk of shipping funded coins, in the end the agreement was broken on their end.

To be clear, this set is in no way an “error” set. There is nothing error-like about it other than that the purchaser reneged on their end of funding the set fully.

Nice explanation and very sorry to hear this is how it happened being you put trust into someone. I would have to say nobody will ever get another favor again. I would also think anyone looking to buy these if greenplastic decided to even sell would be smart enough to verify them and I highly doubt greenplastic would pawn these off as funded.
