I want suggestions on the best mining set up that is available, I'm looking forward to start with 100, GTX 1070 Nvidia graphic cards and also want to know if mining with 19GPU's is profitable, PLEASE HELP ME OUT!

I don't want suggestions on what to mine I want suggestions more on the technical aspect like Processor, RAM, Power supply, clay, Setup.
