Beware of BTCinstant Virtual Credit Cards (Scam Alert)

I found the virtual credit card retailer "BTCinstant" from this site. I bought a $75 card. It was very confusing overall. One transaction was approved, the 2nd was declined by the online retailer. I contacted BTCinstant and got absolutely nowhere. I was told that the site clearly states they "don't give any refunds". I wasn't asking for a refund. I wanted a working virtual card. I basically paid them $50 for 12 stressful emails back and fourth. There is no resolution to this point. They have my money and I ended up with nothing. This is illegal but in the world of unregulated BitCoins I really have no course of justice. The website is being completely uncooperative and deflecting blame to me for a faulty/defective card. It's ridiculous. I am writing in hopes that new users search @BTCinstant online reputation. There are multiple pages of complaints against them.

I hope no one else loses money on this site.
