on cex is it bots that are outbidding me or pegged limit trading ?

On Cex it can be really frustrating to be outbid constantly. It seems to stop late on an evening but till that time its had to bag a good trade.
I know its not manual adjustments and you can see its automated but Im stupid and cant work out if its bots or a function on limit trading that I've not learned to use ?
Please help this useful fool....
