No one ever checks those emails, I'm pretty sure. There is no way to appeal a ban and be successful. You got it for a reasons.

actually i'm trying to contact admin here for more than 2 days, but no answer.
today i get one short answer after shaking the site and sending +10 PMs to moderators..

if you say they don't read emails, and they don't read PMs, how can i reach admin?
please advice.

You will NOT get your Banned account back. If you keep bugging the Admins/Staff/Mods you will get that account banned too no doubt.

how long should i expect for getting reply?

if your lucky enough , they should reply quickly and sometimes  it could take longer like 1 to 2 months because they are busy on something else and unnbaning acount is not their priority and also i think you can try to pm cyrus because he's  the one who is in charge of recovering hacked or stolen accounts.
