Dear all,

My first newbie post here... I've been lurking and reading the forum for about 2 months now.

I've already got 9 ASICMINER Block Erupter USB sticks, and I'm interested in buying 50 of them directly from ASICMINER.

How do I order from ASICMINER?  PM to friedcat, or someone else?  I live in New Zealand.

Thanks very much,
Zelek.

Are you sure you want to? Given the increases in difficulty are you sure you'll get your money back?

Good point.  I'm frustrated in trying to get into the mining game.  I have pre-orders with BFL and KnC Miner... and I'm hopeful that one day something will get delivered.  In the meantime, it seems that ASICMINER are the only actual ASICs that I can get my hands on - unless anyone knows of another ASIC that is real and not a pre-order or a scam?

I bought my Erupters from an NZ auction site - they're great, but if I can order them directly from ASICMINER I can get them cheaper.

Why are you desperate to get into mining. The best days for that are long gone. You can get into mining indirectly by buying shares in mining initiatives. Getting into mining today is a bit like turning up in California with your gold pan. Yet everyone seems to want to mine bitcoin more than any other activity.

Could you do me a favor. Could you tell me if they actually worked out for you in terms of return on investment. I'm curious.

Thanks gambit1, from calculations I'm making, the ROI is going to be really long... if ever, depending on how high the global hashrate climbs.

I'll chill for a while, and watch what happens.  Perhaps Erupters will be selling cheap once everyone finally gets delivery of their high-end ASIC miners?
