Some of the domains looks to be promising but with all the new gtlds coming up, its become really hard to sell domains in the aftermarket.

I would suggest you develop these domains, get some rankings in analytic, alexa, moz and then try to sell in flippa. It sounds little time consuming, but it will be worth it in the long run for sure.

gtld have been out for years and there isn't much interest. How many sites have you been to on .horse, or any single one of the 1000+ that already exist? .com is recognizable and it's what ppl go to by default. I will be very hard to explain to someone that your site is holdon.one

Some of them are developed I just didn't write that because I care foremost about selling domains only. flippa sux. Tons of ppl scamming with mostly fake stats and traffic and other lies. Legit sites won't realize fair price. I have sites with rankings and traffic and all that.

I am doing it how I want. Send offer if you want a domain.
I am not interested in selling every single one cheap and fast. I can sell a few here and there for real cheap though.
