Anyone would want to bet some BTC in a McGregor vs Malignaggi fight in 2018?

I think it will happen. McGregor enjoyed his venture in boxing, and he enjoyed the money too. When you get paid that high, you want more, and he isn't going to get that type of money in the UFC.

I think somewhere in 2018 the fight will happen.. possibly in 2019 too, depending on how active he is on the UFC.

Actually I have been reading this for quite a few times specially around boxing forums. Paulie hype is that they can make a lot of money and of course the drama behind those pictures and videos during his sparring time with Conor. It will really be a good option for Conor since he can't make the kind of money if ever he goes back to the Octagon. And Paulie during interviews says that Conor has no f**** balls. So let the fun begins. And he also said that his Manager is already talking to UFC (I assumed Dana White) already.

Mayweather out of nowhere posts 2 videos training on his gym, he didn't post any captions and didn't allow comments.

McGregor is a crowd drawer in MMA, that's true. Mayweather is also a crowd drawer in Boxing. When they we're put together inside a ring, they we're able to draw crowds but not enough to shatter the sales of Mayweather and Pacquiao fight. If Mayweather is planning to fund the fight between McGregor vs Malignaggi, they need to hire a better PR and marketing guys to sell and hype up the fight. From what I read somewhere, McGregor is going to show up on one of those PPV events of WWE, maybe in Wrestlemania which is 6 months from now. Rhonda Rousey once showed up in a Wrestlemania event.

Well they have the backstory to get the interest of people with what happened in conor's fight against floyd. And you're right, paycheck in boxing would really be a draw for conor and i don't see anything wrong with him getting back to the squared ring.

after the defeat of mcgregor with mayweather,i think it would take time before he gain another volume of crowd to believe in him,i respect mcgregor specially in octagon but what this fight needs a good publicist for their fight to come true

I don't see McGregor going back to boxing to fight Paulie Malignaggi who is not a big name at this time,he fought Mayweather who is a big draw and he is undefeated and that created some interest and with the loss now there wont be much interest to see against Paulie Malignaggi,he has to defend his belt now before going for a money fight.
