Error message on Faucet (faucetinabox script)

Hi I have a faucet site that uses the latest faucetinabox script r69. I am dealing with errors that I cant figure out. When visitors come to site (doges4all.co) and enter their wallet address and claim they receive the following error codes:

Notice: REFERER CHECK FAILED, ASSUMING CSRF! in /home4/fauceluv/public_html/script/common.php on line 99

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home4/fauceluv/public_html/script/common.php:99) in /home4/fauceluv/public_html/script/common.php on line 383

or

Notice: Post request, but invalid address input name. in /home4/fauceluv/public_html/index.php on line 329

If anyone can help me with this I will be grateful

Id reccommend just Using Faucet in a Box 84 ultimate. It kind of misses most script errors

The r84 doesn't change anything, I use both version and I have this error with all of them...

That, and "Invalid Address"...

If someone know how to fix that... Thanks in advance


EDIT : I confirm, I've try with r84, same problem.
