I need information to enter a buy group of ASIC chips

Hello,

My name is Pedro and im watching this fórum for almost 5 mouths since i discovery Bitcoins.
Im from Portugal and I need to know how can I enter a group since im newbie and i can't post in the groups.
I also only need the Chips and PCB since im a Electronic techinician for 16 years. I work in a major European Aviation Airliner and so I have the right skills and hardware to mount the card.
Please forgiven my English but its not my native language.
