Hi There  -  yes i'm new to bitcointalk !

Why can I find nothing whatsoever on this forum or google on the site that claims to buy/sell and cash in BTC -  http://btcxchanger.com

- I can see it's new.  The sign up links are dead but they still have an active form page suggesting you try the system out.

Thanks.

There is no real contact information on this site. No physical address, names of principals, etc.

Why would you expect this is anything other than a scam?

Also, it mentions LibertyReserve, which suggests it is quite out of date, as that wouldn't work these days.

It's either South African [Rand] only or a scam...  I  tried a min amount - sale of 0.2 btc  and it said transfer time was "instant" or " a couple of days".

5 days later - no credit to the account  details i left and zero response from the support email address.

A warning for you all -  i was desperate and unusually for me - did no research.

Positive outcomes for btcxchanger.com  would be welcome - but given i've since found several forum and other BTC related sites all created a few months back with that name but no activity - i assume the worst. Wink

PS: thx for the ppl that PM'd me .
