you gotta have something to provide than just telling us he is a scammer because this is nothing here. if that allege scammer replied here and its going to be your word against him.  for all we know OP and him are trying to scam each other.

That's useless even if  you can prove that the account is indeed a scammer he can create another account,because that account has no value,but of course you need to provide additional and relevant information to prove your claim..
