I came across with an interesting idea - what if universties or ministries of education had established their own coin in several purposes:
1) To pay scholarship independently from the goverment; this will be beneficial for famous universities, because if they will make their own coin - people will be really interested in it
2) To reward special students' accomplishments, achievments, activities and so on.
What do you think of such a thing? Please share your opinion with me.
