Bitmain Miner several reports Indian custom authority not clearing mining equip

I had ordered L3+ which was supposed to be shipped this week
But Bitmain sent me this email.

Has anyone else got same issue ? What are our options in India. (I know being Indian is crime)

We have heard several reports that the Indian customs' authority is not clearing shipments of imported cryptocurrency mining equipment, like Antminers. This stance of the customs' officials is related with the uncertain regulations about Bitcoin in India.
If your shipment is not cleared by Indian customs' authority, the shipment will be disposed by customs' authority
To protect our customers in India from this uncertainty, we offer you the following two choices:
1. Refund full order amount
If you want to refund, please submit ticket on the website below with the theme "Refund request for unshipped India order "from the registered account which the order was made.

The refund process will last 1-2 months to complete,please wait .
2.We will hold the unit(s) until there is a change in policy or clarification about the ability to deliver these units. Note: this will mean the unit will not be shipped in the intended shipping date

Seem India have similar policy about mining equipment with our country

I also received the same mail from bitmain regarding indian custom authority not clearing mining equipments, i had words with custom
authorities and there is no such notification from custom authorities , can any one explain the situation ? what is happening ? is it related to
courier service ?? or just some delay game from bitmain ??

I dont think bitmain playing with refund.
Its maybe because so many complain from Indian Customer that cannot receive their product because of custom policy.
So, the news is not from customs but from the bitmain customer themself

If you could manage the customs and get through, you may request bitmain to release your order and ship as schedule
