It's a good idea so it will probably happen eventually, but Bitcoin won't be the first.  It adds too much additional info to each block.  Block chain size will grow much faster.  Plus there may be unforeseen  security issues in the beginning.  I'd guess a new coin may be needed to prove itself before existing cryptos will add it.
