Using updated ethos. Never had this problem before.

Running 2 GPUS max per SATA and power line. I have tried with two motherboards, I initially had a H81 setup for my six 1060's and it only ended up detecting 3/6 (that's after playing around, initially 2/6 for a long time Sad )

Now after pulling out my secondary board, H110. I am receiving only 4/6.

I would do the following:

1. Check each card individually and make sure it works properly (to be 100% sure put it into the MB Slot without the riser)

2. Make sure all relevant options in the BIOS are activated. I only have the H81 MB there you need to switch the PCI-E Link Speed to GEN1/GEN2

3. After confirming that all the cards work add one after the other to the Rig and confirm that everything is working fine. If the OS doesn't detect the card, can you at least see it in the device manager with an error code?

You mentioned that you did not have this issue before. Is this a new rig or an update to your OS/BIOS?

How are the cards powered? How many risers per power cable? Make sure that nothing burned due to overload. Best way is to check that no cable is burned.

I had a similar problem a while back ... the only way I got all cards back was to add them to the system ONE by ONE.

Yes, it takes ages, but connect card 1 ... start the system and check its recognised, if all OK, shutdown, add the second card and restart. Etc ... until hopefully all cards are back online.

EDIT: Make sure you are using the latest BIOS for the MOBO.
