I think this is not the right reply, of course, people want to know if they are qualified on the project and they have worked on that kind of project before, it's like posting we need workers without letting us know what kind of workers you need if you are hiring plumber, doctor or engineer, at least you tell us, only a shit kind of developers will post something like this, after you finish with your project don't go posting here we have a project, give us your money.
