imprted private key in blockchain wallet , showing watch only

i imported private key  in blockchain wallet , but after importing it showing watch only

so what to do now , i want to use it

i didnt ask for security key while importing , so may be its due to that

so where do i have to put security key

On Which wallet does it came from? You must have made wrong or missed step/s when exporting it. The only way to spend a watch only address is to provide a private key as you must have entered a public key thats why it shows "watch only"

Did you save the 12 word seed phrase? you can recover your wallet  via this link https://blockchain.info/wallet/#/recover
If you are just use the public key it will showing watch only so you need to use the link above and put the seed phrase to recover your wallet and transaction history and fully control your wallet..

An encrypted private keys is 58 characters and starts with a "6"
A private key in WIF format is 51 characters and starts with a "5"
A WIF compressed pk is 52 characters and starts with 'K' or 'L'
A pk in hexadecimal format is 64 characters long
a pk base64 is 44 characters long

The only private key format that is 22 characters long seems to be
https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mini_private_key_format => a variant of the minikey format

I don't think electrum supports this format. If you want to import a private key in this format, you should find a client that supports it... Unless that character sequence you have there isn't a private key at all...

Most probably you imported a public key or the receiving address not the private keys itself because it views as watched only address and you can't send any funds on that address only received.
So now where did the private key of that watched only address came from? from different wallet? paper wallet? just import it again so you can able to send the funds on that address.
