5% interest = 0.05 * 0.05 BTC = 0.0025 BTC, implying 0.0525 BTC + tx fee

I suggest clarifying whether you mean 5% interest or 0.005 = 10% interest. It would be kinda bad if this only comes up when repayment is due.
