questions how to create topic with images with hyperlink inside

I want to participate in translating topics.
But i was wondering if you can help me to say how you put a website inside a picture.
Like for instance. the logo of facebook and you click on it and you go to the fb page.
Or a picture of theproject and you click on it and you get to the website.

How do i do that here?
is there a manual i can read?

How do i add an image. i have this :
