Reading some news I find this, a person of 52 years arrested in the US for trading bitcoin in localbitcoin, without complying with the rules that country requires to work with the crypto, I think that bitcoin arose not to be regulated in the way those governments want, sell or buy bitcoin is not a crime, does not hurt anyone, do not force anyone to buy, is a free market that allows people to own their money.
