STR/XLM Stuck! Poloniex. Need Advise

Hey Guys, Really frustrated not sure what to do here. I bought some STR (XLM) with my hard earned money, I had to live off dimes to save money so I could buy this. Can someone please help me? I had some STR on sell order, then I cancelled the order and decided to withdraw it. When I go to withdraw page it says i have STR but it is on order. Which is quite weird as I cancelled my sell order. Can anyone give me some advise to what to do?

Go to order page,  cancel your order..  And sell it again.  The price might dump during the time you sell it. You cant withdraw it because its not sold yet.

I have done what you said and still nothing.

Just a quick update on this.
My XLM got released. I was told they have loaned the funds out. Not sure why they would do that without my permission
but glad i got it.
Thanks to the angel at Polo who saw my post and did something about this ticket.
