antminer E's are running slow on ethermine.org

I have 4 E3's. Hashing was down 20 MH/s on each one for a few days. I switched to another pool and now they are running a solid 195 instead of 175. Has anyone else had this problem? I really loved the pool and hated to leave.

Has anyone ever found an answer to this? Support said to change stratums which I had already did.  They could not find a solution other than that, i can't be the only one having this issue.
