BitInstant is working all the bugs out on there new site, USD on MTGox to Paypal transactions fail because of a redirect issue.

I do not know of any other exchange doing this.

I have been contacted by several people offering to do it but one wants to charge $60! for a $235 transfer, and the others have about 30 post's with NO trading history.

Any idea's?

You and I find ourselves in the same issue.

You could use LocalBitCoins with the escrow feature.

Though the other party must use Gift (family and friends) and not Goods and Services when sending a payment through. Otherwise it will defeat the purpose of the LocalBitCoins escrow service.
