2) when try to Sign message (my wallet Blockchain.info) what add to Signature section ??

That's the 'verify message' box. You need to find the 'sign message' section of blockchain.infoI don't use it but you can probably find it when you're looking at your addresses (try to look for a dropdown menu)

i don't know about point no 1.

2. you use verify message ?
If you want sing message, just click on your bitcoin address on https://blockchain.info/wallet/#/settings/addresses like this pict : https://screenshots.firefox.com/lJNo8q5H7a92War1/blockchain.info click more options then click sign message, just type what you need to text then sign and you get the signature.

Since the rest of your questions seem to be answered, I'll try to help with this.

Since you didn't say who has added you to blacklist and from what campaign, I'll give a list of possible causes.

1. Low quality posts. You have quite a number of short posts. Signature campaigns don't like that. They want posts that help people and a "bump" surely doesn't help.
2. Not reading / not following the rules. I've seen this mostly for twitter campaigns, but some may do this in signature campaigns too. They ask for specific things, like doing the enrolling post in a specific format, or the campaign is closed or full and people didn't bother to read.
3. Spam. Posts with no use. Answer to long dead threads. Answers to questions that were already answered.
4. Not being polite with forum members or, even worse, campaign managers.
5. Multi accounts / account farming / more accounts of same owner in same campaign.

The list may be bigger, but this is what came into my mind.
Discuss politely with the one that added you to blacklist, try to find out what you did wrong and try to "fix". It's not an easy job.


Edit: Just came into my mind: negative feedback can also have this effect, but usually if you become "red" afaik.

May be point 1 right Because i only sell Digital things and post in meta only.

Meta is usually not taken into account by signature campaigns, it's considered full of spam, so .. yeah, this may be it.
