Twitter can detect automated activity most of the time, and it can get your account locked until you verify information with them.
Probably better to just find someone with a good amount of followers to retweet your tweet for publicity.

Twitter will detect third software if they do many action in a short time. Like 50 follows for few minutes. Also about automated tweet and retweet can be a problem with mention in tweet, especially if you have in mention bigest or veryfied accounts.
